Blower fan speeds

I have an 03 ranger. The Blower speeds are odd. 1 and 2 and nearly the same and 3 and 4 are nearly the same. I had this problem in a cavalier and replaced a resistor. Is there a resistor for this one?

Normally they use resistors to change speeds of automobile blower fan motors.
