My Climate Control doesn't work on my 98. Can I please have some help

We need more information on the problem. What does not work?

Does the heat not go from hot to cold?
Does the fan blower not operate?
Does the air blow from the proper direction?

If I were to guess your problem....................................







The fan does not work and you need a new switch, but the wiring to the switch may also be melted.

Am I right?
