Both A/C and radiator fan not working

My mechanic told me that both my A/C and radiator fans were not working. Sure enough, both never turn on at all. I find it improbable that both fans stopped working at the same time. I noticed there are some fan fuses/relays in the fuse boxes under the hood, but since they are relays, they are difficult to check with a meter.

Any suggestions on how to verify what is wrong and/or how to troubleshoot?

I have the exactly same problem with my wife's car. Did you find out what the problem was? I have checked all the fuses and relays and they check out ok.
