I've just finished a D15B7/D16Z6 mini-me but now it's done I want to know if it's possible to fit a Skunk2 intake mainfold, ie: will the bracket fit? I say because on a friends B16 he fitted a B18 intake and the bracket didn't fit so he just cut it of and bolted it on.

How hard was the mini-me project? I was considering doing it. How much did it cost? What kind of performance did you get? Just any info about the mini me would be great, thanks

It was fairly easy. Basic service knowlege needed to change the distributor and timing belt, the ECU wiring is just 3 extra wires. Done in 1 day, came in at 132bhp at the flywheel. It cost a total of just under £700 so in the states I'd say under $1000 because you have a mass market so parts would be cheaper.

Basicly its a D16Z6 head, ECU, Intake mainfold with injectors and fuel rail and Distributor. You can either use a D16Z6 or Y8 headgasket depends, Y8 is almost half the size of Z6 so higher compression and VX timing belt.

There's another post on here saying that Skunk2 made an intake mani for the Z6. Just buy that one. Here it is.
