1998 cirrus 2.5L code 1495

I have a cirrus with a 2.5 v6. it quit running on me, and I thought it was the fuel pump, well when i replaced it, it still did nothing. I checked it for codes and it shoots a 1495, which i found to be something about a leak detection pump selenoid or something? what is this, where is it located, and how do I fix it? please help
