2001 Sportage power lock problem

I am having a problem with my power locks. Awhile ago, I was in an accident, and after I got my car back from the shop I began to have a problem locking my car. Well, keeping it locked. My power locks are constantly trying to unlock, whether my car is turned on or off, and even when the car is unlocked. I have had a few nights where this happened all night long and it drained my battery. I don't know what is causing this and I have called the repair shop and they told me that it was nothing they did, and that my car must have done this before I brought it in. Any suggestions as to what is causing this? I have pulled the fuse as a short term solution, but I am having trouble finding any information on this. Thank you in advance.

I suppose you are not talking about a remote/keyless door lock/unlock.
In my opinion, some lever acting on power lock/unlock must have been displaced in a door..probably driver door, or front passenger, and makes unwanted contact at times. That would involve peeling the door and thorough inspection of linkages.
May be a chaffed wire also...command wires that go from door switches to control center just need a ground to execute .
