finally got around to snapping a few pictures of them.

left to right, water temp, oil temp, oil pressure. And boost on the a-pillar. They are white in the day and amber/red at night.

still waiting on the replacement OP sender unit from prosport, since the first one was defective, so gauge is not getting a signal.

and finally, as promised, the train-wreck shot. I hope to hell that i NEVER EVER EVER have to remove the dash again....Ever...lol. Way too much of a pain in the ass for a weekend job IMO.

thanks for the compliments guys.

pulling the dash did suck, but i just followed the write-up on stealth316 and there were almost no issues. there were a couple on wire harnesses and bolts the write-up left out, but they were obvious enough. Also, the write-up said to lay the steering colomn on the floor, but that would have damaged the wires going to the wiper control stalk, hence the cabinet door the steering wheel is propped up on lol. I would allow yourself more than just a weekend. There's nothing overly complicated about the job, just go slow, label shit, and dont lose or break anything lol. Mounting the gauges took a little brainstorming, but now that i've done it it's actually really easy. I took pics along the way so i may do a little write-up if i get motivated. dont know about 52mm gauges though...have to figure those out for yourself lol.

And thanks again for the GREAT DEAL jason! you freakin rock! lol
When i described the problem to prosport they were pretty quick with an answer, so it must be at least a semi-common problem. Sounded like they would take care of it no problem. I was just happy i didnt have to take the gauge back out lol. that would have sucked some donkey balls and I probably would have gotten alchohol poisoning..

Nice work man!

Do you need a controller for those gauges so they can change color like the Autometer Nexus gauges. I wonder if she would make one of those filter shrouds for me?

As for the 52mm gauges, if anyone want a write up for how to mount them using them stock gauge pod I can post up a link.

nope, no controller needed. it all depends on how you wire them. If i decide i want them white all the time of red all the time, i just pop out my active exhaust/rear wiper switch trip, and either plug something in of unplug something. I left all the wires easily accessible through there just in case i change my mind on the color, but i dont think i will.
for the filter cover, the metal part is from ultimate performance, but it was a rip-off (IMO) and it needed to be trimmed to fit right anyways, so if you'r gonna go that route, i would just make one yourself.
