2007 starter bolt missing

I noticed this weekend changing my oil that the middle starter bolt was missing. I had a new tranny put in 10K ago so I took it back to the dealer today and he told me that the top and bottom are the only bolts used and not the center one. I wasn't able to crawl under a new one to verify that, but I will tonight. Anyone have to change one of these yet? thanks

The diagram here shows 2 bolts. Click the link and then scroll to and click AARC. Now enter your info. Eventually click Repair Procedures then Engine Electrical to see the starter.http://arrc.epnet.com.oh0105.oplin.org/autoasp/framerq.asp If the initial page asks for a card number enter 123456789.

Thanks for the great site. If you look carefully you will see three bolts. I will have to contact someone from Chrysler to get there side of the story.

Sheesh. I missed the little guy. Might want to print it out for the dealer. Note the edit in my post.
