My daytime running lights are not working. First they would flash on and off. Now they come on very low when starting, then turn off and stay off. I check the fuses, and they are fine. I did some searching and found that the drl module might be the problem? Has anyone else had this problem and if it is the module can i replace it my self? and how too, would be greatly appreciated.

Who hasn't had a problem with a pre 99 Ford drl module should be the question.
The problem is that the drl module is in cased in alloy and as it corrodes it shorts out.
It’s a seal unit and not repairable. The unit is very easy to change, One bolt that mounts the bracket to the body and two screws that hold the drl module to the bracket and one harness to unplug.
