im currently new to the scene, looking to buy a 92-95 civic si (3-door), what is a good price for the year/model? (i live in the n. kali region) also, are their any differences in the years, if so which one should i get?

I believe it's the 93 (but possibly the 94) that starts using ABS, other than that all 92-95's should be the same.

ABS should be on EX Sedans, Si HB's, EXa coupes, and some LX's.

they may 4 door ex's in the 6th gen for sure. and my ex didn't come with abs it was an option

up here in canada we have the lx and the ex 4 doors sedans

ok, 92-95 honda civic si's dont have power windows unless the previous owner got the option. They all have power steering. But these si's are extremely hard to find in good condition just to warn ya. They run from $4000-$5500 depending on milage and condition. the year really doesnt matter. i have a 93 si it is a cream puff! and i got it for 4500, with only 84,000 miles on it with perfect exterior. But i did look for about a year. Good luck on you searches and purchase.
