2002 Dodge Durango Blower Motor Resistor

Hey guys, a coworker of mine asked me to repair her durango. The fan only works on high speed. No other speed. I'm assuming this is a problem with a blower motor resistor. Just was wondering what I can expect to spend on one of these, and how involved it is to change. Never had the pleasure of working on a durango before, so I really have no idea where it is or how hard it is to get at and replace. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

This will be on the passengers side under the dash. Do not have to remove dash. Look from the floor up. This was the same thing that happened to my 2002 Durango and my friends 2004 Dodge truck. Both cases it was just the blower resistor. Should be under $100.00
