Does anyone know if the Sherline can take European voltage? Is it as simple as a plug adapter/cord change?
Or does the whole control box need to be changed?
Thanks.

They make a 110 to 220 transformer which can be used, I've seen them but never had to buy one so couldn't tell you where to get it.

When I received mine, I just changed the plug and switched it on. The motor is 90V DC and the transfo on the lathe/mill can take 220V.

Thanks guys. I also found this info on the Sherline site, which explains it.
