I have a 2002 malibu and the ac fan only works on 4 and 5 speeds. I pulled the switch and tried jumpering it and I could only get 4 and 5 to work so I don't think it is the switch. Does anybody else have any other ideas besides the motor?

It does sound like the blower motor resistor card. Here's the link. If you pull the card out you should easily see a burnt resistor on it. Here's the link with all the info. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=324040&highlight=blower+motor
