Missing Parts

I bought Aoshima's Harrier 350G Premium package with the intention of doing it for a friend. I opened it to wash the parts and when I reached the bag with all the clear parts I noticed one part missing off the tree B6 (right taillight lens)and since the bag wasn't opened, I thought it would still be in the bag but this was not to be. :shakehead I've written to Aoshima to get a replacement either by their giving me one or how to purchase but I've had no response and it's been a couple of weeks. :frown::disappoin Any suggestions as how to tackle this situation will be greatly appreciated.
