What would be the best cylinder head to make a turbo LS vtec off a B18B1 block?

If money allows.. I think a type-R head with GSR cams would do well. But then again.. A port polished head with some nice turbo cams would most likely dominate. I have ran a turbo B18B1 with a B16A1 head and it was very nice. I have no dyno proof to back this up.. But I am not sure if the difference in HP gains from the B16 head to a Type-R would be worth the price difference.
