My Clear Coat Is Coming Off Of My 2004 Gprix Gt I Was Told It Had A 5 Yr 100,00 Mile Warrenty On Paint. Is Their Any Truth To This.

Are you the original owner? Regardless check the Warranty and Owner's Assistance Information Guide that should have come with the vehicle.
To my knowledge any exterior paint consisting of clearcoat or undercoat was covered by the bumper to bumper warranty only which on most GM cars back in 2004 was 3 years or 36K miles, whichever comes first. So the 5 year/100K mile warranty on paint is news to me.
Sheet metal corrosion was also 3/36K. Rust through was 6 yr/100K mile.
How do you wash the vehicle?
