Trouble using Paypal at Hiroboy

Hello Everyone

I tried to place an order with Hiroboy last week when I went to use paypal it said I needed to contact the merchant. Well I sent Steve two emails and haven't heard anything back yet. Has anyone else had a problem with paypal lately or does anyone know if Steve out of town he has been pretty quick to answer emails in the past.
