Flasher unit location

I have a 2001 Bonneville, and the flasher unit needs to be replaced. I've looked under the dash after removing the black plastic, and it is not visible. Where is it... up behind the speedo/tach area?

It is incorporated into the hazard flasher/switch assembly.
