I have a 92/(91) dodge ramcharger with a 360.. I live on a very bumpy road. for a couple of days , I would stall out while going down the road- then reswitch ignition.. good to go.... after a couple of day- died. wouldnt restart, pulled home.checked coil fire-plug fire- then just started....good for 3 days.. then same thing, after a big bump. checked fire- none from coil...vehicle history= just replced computer for alternator not charging 2 weeks ago...Maybe a loose wire at the comp.? I dont know...just dont think coil with the intermittant prob. please advise

Welcome to AF, I had a similar failure on a 92 Van, was the coil. Cheap enough.

Just check the coil with a test light the next time it dies. It should have power on one terminal and a flashing ground on the other. If it has both, replace the coil. Although, I'm the type of person to replace the coil and see if it ever dies again :2cents:
