The seat belts on my 2000 CV retracts very slowly, anyone know
how to remove the hard plastic panels covering the belt mechanisms ?
I don't see any screws or any thing holding the panel on.

remove the rubber trim on the front and back along with sill plates and they just pop off held in place with metal spring clips
