Performance VS Luxury?

I want eveyone's opinions on this topic, is a 2000 buick century more performance or luxury. I'm thinking it is a more of a luxury car because of the way the car was built, especially all the problems the tranny has with it.

The reason I am asking that is I want to know which I should do first, Performance mods or, mods such as a system, lighting, Rims, ext. I was looking for a swap to a SRT4 If possible in a buick, I'm not sure if it is though. (I know this is a ford motor):runaround:
