i have a 1992 ford f150 with a 300 6 cylinder, and i was wondering does any body have advice about eternal engine performance parts for it. cause i already have k&n, throttle body, spacer, custom dual exhaust with no mufflers. so i wanna know about pistons, cams, lifters, valves, springs everything to get more torque and horse

I don't know of specific parts, but I believe you can find stroker kits and probably some performance or reground cam shafts.

Summit Racing should have just about everything you need, or want for the 300. What they dont have they can point you in the right direction, they have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Heres a couple of pages on cams and pistons to get you started.

"eternal engine performance parts for it"
No, everything wears out eventually.

I think almost everybody pretty much figured out that was probably a typo and knew what you meant except him. Or maybe he is just a smart ass who never makes mistakes himself??? LOL

" im asking for PERFORMANCE parts"
NO, that's NOT what you asked for.
I quoted you EXACTLY. You asked for "eternal performance parts" and as I noted you can't get any.
Geez, while you're looking for parts, see if you can find a sense of humor - a good one will last you forever, IOW, eternally.

If this strikes you as "lots of laughs", you probably ought to do some shopping for a sense of humor too. Like I always say - better a smart ass than a dumb behind.
Look up "typo" while you're at it.

ok first of all ya i said INTERNAL PERFORMANCE PARTS!!!! and ya theres such things as INTERNAL PERFORMANCE PARTS. the defention for internal = is situated or existing in the interior of something. and if you know anything about engines you would know that there are parts inside that are not visible from the outside know as pistons, rods, lifters, push rods, valve springs, valves, rocker arms, crank shaft, bearings, ect. and yes you can get high performance of all these. so if your not ganna help me out then find another person to screw with. ohh ya by the way lol means laugh out loud dumbass!

Not to continue the argument but your wrong and FNA was correct.
You did say "Eternal" performance parts. And I thought that it was a funny little joke personally.
Get over it. It was just a joke and it was kind of funny. Well maybe not crazy funny but mildly amusing.

Hey Rasp
I agree with you in that if it actually were meant as a joke it would have been mildly funny, probably not to jwall77 though. LOL But if you read back thru some of FNA`s other posts you`ll see that he offers little actual assistance and in alot of his post` he only makes snide , sarcastic remarks about the way someone worded or typed something, and ridicules them for asking the question or not already knowing the answer to it. When you make that many snyde , sarcastic remarks its hard to tell them from the jokes. Maybe if he`d put an LOL post script on the jokes we could tell the difference. LOL

I totally understand about the sarcasm. Believe it or not thats what I like about his posts.
I actually look forward to see what he says. I can understand that some might not like it though. I personally wouldn't care if he was sarcastic to me. As long as I get my truck to continue working he can say all the crap he wants.
By the way or BTW I hope you keep posting FNA

ya i admit i did put eternal parts, but that was a typo. I know that everyone else knew that, but didnt have to sit there and point it out like FNA did. i asked for a simple question to be answered, and FNA just had to sit there and point out the mistakes. im pretty sure i signed up for an automotive forum FNA not a Grammer forum.

Yuse guys... (:-
Clifford Performance in California. No better straight-6 people out there. (AKA Clifford Research, slogan "6 = 8", home of "Viper" headers)
Comp, Crower, Lunati all make performance cams including solid rollers.
There used to be a class in local-level NASCAR called "Hobby Stock" where the only engines allowed were straight 6s. The Ford 240 was "king of the hill" at most of the tracks I visited. The Chevy 250 was next, with the Slant-6 bringing up the rear (it was at a displacement disadvantage). A large number of performance parts were developed for the 240, which is the "same" block as 300 (4" bore).
In the late '70s, a few 300s showed up at drag strips with a "Cleveland" head. I believe it was Roush Racing (but I could be wrong, it was a long long long long time ago...) that cut up 351C 4-bbl. heads and welded them back together to make a "Cleveland" head for the 240/300. I refer to 240 because with it's shorter stroke, it has a great RPM potential the 300 doens't share. 300's strong suit is torque under 6,000. I remember one '61 Falcon with the 240 "C" and Hilborn injection called "Humpin' Henry". Mid 10s.
I realize much of this is outside the scope of your question, but it's to illustrate there are LOTS of goodies for the big Ford 6.
