1995 Instrument Cluster Removal

I have an issue ensuing. I am in need to remove my instrument cluster so I can replace the light bulbs in it. I have all but the two (2) screw that are underneath the instrument cluster removed. The two I can't get to are above the steering column, which can't be removed (to my knowledge).

Anyone have a suggestion on how I can get this out?
