96 2dr 5sp trans shakes under heavy load

i have motor mount inserts so its not a mount...it shakes/vibrates in high rpms in 3rd or under heavy load...??? any ideas.??? im thinking there must be a bad bearing in the transmission...it goes away when you push in the clutch....any help is good help
