Let's hear Mr Honda Civic's expert opinion on a BMW vs a Subaru.

I own the car that Honda tried to copy with their civic way back when, the 318ti.

BLU CIVIC, don't start trouble here, or I will go into your Civic forum and point out how retarded guys that drive civics are, like using a front wheel drive car to go drag racing. There is a car comparison forum, go there to start trouble. :D

no apology needed....i guess he read what i wrote and took it as a dis to bmw's even that i made note that i love bmws.......i dunno:rolleyes:

I suppose it was my imagination that I remember Blu Civic telling another potential newby not to get a BMW, but to get a Honda Prelude, because BMW's are too expensive to maintain, about two pages back.

For a supposed lover of BMW's, you sure seem to advise against them, Blu Civic.

gave him my personal opnion just like i did here.....not everyone that wants a bmw can afford one.....i suppose u didn't read the thread where the college guy wanted a new 330 and i advised him to get an older 323 (i think).......i advised him to get a different bmw :rolleyes: ......i will keep giving my opnions just as u will....

Damn 318Ti did you have a bad day. Let the guy give his opinion. I think the 318 and the subaru are both great cars. I am a BMW owner as well and did not take any offense to his postings. You and I may disagree and choose the BMW over the Subaru. This is because we know how superb of a machine BMW builds. We know that we love our BMWs and will probably never drive anything else. I gurantee that if he was given the opportunity to own one for awhile since he does seem to respect them already he would probably figure out what we have already. I used to respect BMWs when I owned my honda but did not think it was that much better than most cars on the road. Since I have owned one I know much different.
