Problem with radiator fan

Halo, I have problem with my radiator fan. When motor is cold bouth fan's work. If motor temperature get up ~ 40-50 C degres, fan's switching of:banghead:. Aprox by 70-80 degres motor switching of and not turn's on.
Have any ideas?
