Hello all,
I have a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo Limited. The truck has about 48,500 miles and is a real peach!

In just the last few days I have noticed that the moon roof will not open/slide to the rear position. I can push the "vent" button and it will pop the rear of the window up to vent, but when I push the "open" button to slide back it locks and will not move. I have to wait a few minutes and then push the close button.
I have no idea of where the motor would be for this. It seems that it is getting of plenty of power, there is no odd noises, and nothing is leaking in rain to cause corrosion. Any help would be great.

I also have an issue with the intermitten wipers. The slow and fast wipers work great but the intermitten only go about an 1/8th of the way up the windshield and then stops. It may kick on 10 minutes after turned on but will stop again. Any advice would be great here also.

Thanks so much!!
Stay safe.

Your rodeo is shot, you will have to give it to me now LOL.

The wipers is probably a bad relay in the relay board. You can replace just the relays if you want to do some soldering and cost you less then $10. A new board will cost around $200 from the dealer. Its not uncommon for the relays to go bad. More info on replacing them can be found HERE (http://forum.planetisuzoo.com/viewtopic.php?t=5608).

I dont know anything about electric sun roofs. The headliner will have to be removed (at least partially) to get to the motor/actuator though.
