Gold Starter NO START 4 beeps???

My girlfriend had the gold car starter installed in her 2007 ford focus. Well it was beeping all the time when the wind would blow, so I read in the manual how to lower the settings. That went fine but now the car beeps 4 times when trying to use the car starter and will not start.

According to my book it says TACH not programmed - see dealer

Anyone know how I can program the tach?
