Integra GS-R, Type-R cams difference

First sorry if i am bringing a dead thread, but there are 259 pages and i am tired of reading and i cant find what i am looking for. I want to know the diference between the GS-R cams and the Type-R cams. I know something about some rings in the intake cams, but i am comfused, some said that the Type-R has only one ring and the GS-R none, i know for sure that the Civic Type-R has 2 rings. But i need to know because i am looking to buy a set of Type-R cams and i don't want anybody to deceive me with those rings. If anybody can post pictures or tell me where can i find the information i am looking for i will appreciate it, Gracias!:banghead:
