1970 Yamaha identification

i recently aquired a 1970 yamaha motorcycle and im pretty sure its a cs3 200, the id number is cs3-003179, also i cant seem to find any place that stocks parts for the bike, most seem to be disconntinued. any help would be appreciated.

i just googled "cs3 yamaha" and first off was ebay with a shed load of parts including a service manual with 18 hrs left.
