Gents. I have a 96 I30t ( manual tranny). Need axles becuase the boots are torn, and nobody sells the quick boots anymore in my area. I am being asked if i have locking or non-locking differential. When i turn one wheel, the other turns the opposite direction. Does that mean it is locking? I am hearing there various axles that can be used with the car. naturally I want to buy the right ones the first time.

...turn one wheel, the other turns the opposite direction. ....
Get general neoprene boots, writeup http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/25
Make sure you'll get right axles :(
VLSD: Both wheels up, both turn same direction. Or wheels down, full throttle, gravel shoots equally from both wheels.
