LMAO. Naw, the Talon is affectionally called "The Turd" until I get a paint job. Helluva sleeper right now, though. No FMIC, no crooked pointing muffler, little dime size rust spots in a couple of places, hood pin holes with no hood pins...I've surprised a few folks.

I almost thought about painting it up real nice and polishing all the aluminum real good, but its always the good looking stuff that gets stolen. I just decided to paint 'er flat black and clean up the aluminum. I'll still think it looks good, but hopefully the average theif wont. ;) The project thread will get updated as soon as I have some pics to update it with.

Ha ha, no pink guys sorry. But you're damn right I am pumped about this bike. How much is gas up to now? $3.40/gallon national average? Fuck that shit, summer's not even here yet... just imagine whats going to happen in May and June. Here's the pros and cons the way I see it:

Cons - Takes longer (back home everywhere and distances over 3-5 miles down here)

Pros - Good work out, no gas cost, no insurance cost, no parking fees, much cheaper maintenance, much quicker than any bus except the expresses, WAY faster at rush hour

I dont know, I dont see any reason not ride a bike when you can.
