I have the 91 stealth f.w.d. automatic w/ rocker switch problem and delays when engaging into reverse.
I forgot to mention that i also dont have L or L2. Doesnt downshift into these gears from drive. I take it ive lost the low gears? When i say lost i mean theres no change in gears when engage into the low gears. When starting out in drive theres no power. It will go but if im on an incline it doesnt seem to have the power

i dont think you lost your gears i had this problem on some other vehicles of mine what happened was it was stuck in the gear and not enough fluid was getting through to take it out of that gear or how ever it works what we did was flushed the tranny and ran some serious cleaner through it i would run the cleaner through it first then flush it, it cleared up i would try that 1st b4 rebuilding your tranny and spending buko bux on electronics but maybe someone else knows of a better way or a comon problem with this i have a trany flusher so i did it all at home but if you took it in, minnesota prices are around 80-90 bux for a flush but you need to run the cleaner through it for a lil while b4 bringing it in to be flushed could take anywhere for 1-100 miles for it to actually clear up usually takes around 10-30 personally i dont feel comfortable running cleaner in it for 100 miles tho

Sounds like your car is running in 3rd gear only. This is failsafe mode, when the transmission computer detects that something is wrong with the transmission, it puts it in 3rd gear and thats the only gear you have. This means time to pull the code aka take it into the shop. You may want to try changing the tranny fluid and filter. Sometimes thats all a tranny needs, and its cheaper than taking it into the shop.
