Problems with my 95 Firebird V6

Ok here are the keywords..

Rough idle, mini-explosions( when idle) and a large explosion ( loud when driving), low oil pressure.

Help me figure it out guys.

The explosions come from somewhere around this area.

check spark plug cables and check the ignition coils, for the oil change it and check for correct amount of oil and correct oil grade
