Help!!!!!!

hey i have a 1990 cutlass ciera. and from one point to another it bucks.
like ill be sitting at a red light and when it turns green ill give it gas and it will sputter then goes. only does this once in a while and when my check engien light comes on it hardlys does i.t i also was watchin the rpms while i was driving yesterday and when i let off the gas it bogs down a lil and the rpms jump lower and lower not a lot but i kno it shouldnt be doin this.:banghead:
i thought the prob was the fuel filter but i changed that on friday and its still doin it.
