Did the '98 Intrigue have an air dam under the radiator?

I've had this car for a couple years now & never had an engine cooling issue (3.8). I don't know why I even noticed it but the last time I was under it, I see that it looks like the holes are there for a spring held air dam under the radiator. Looking at the front exterior it seems like it could use one. Other than the openings inward of the fog lights there's not much for air flow to the rad. I searched "air dam" with no results. Search has been a little flakey for a while for me.

Thank you for any help here.

Does Anyone know where you might be able to buy one of these short of going to the dealer? Mine got ripped off over the winter and now my car is running warmer than usual. I am also going to check the fluid and clean the radiator.

The air deflector is GM part number 10442031. You should be able to get it from a place like gmpartsdirect.com fairly cheap.

GMPD tells me I need part # 10426565 for my '98, Radiator Air Deflector/Baffle for $22.99.

10442031 has the same name: Radiator Air Deflector/Baffle for $45.24.

Not an easy site to find a part that you don't know the number for. Or is it me not knowing how to use the site?

I believe 10426565 is the old dam. 10442031 is the redesigned dam which is supposed to have more ground clearance.
