99 Caravan 3.0 A/C

Yes I have a 99 Dodge caravan 3.0l with the A/C V-belt assembly.. I have change the whole compressor out and still when you turn the A/C on it will sqeal and smoke the belt.. I am trying to figure out what could be wrong..

on the horn problem, check your gages and see if the air bag light is on also. if it is on then the problem could be the clockspring underneath the horn. if that is the problem then that item is on the dodge recall list. i had the same problem with mine and they took care of the problem with no charge.
