Need help trying to get started!!!!

Trying to get it running.
Ive got spark, got fuel to the rail, air filter is out so got air.
Ive heard that the side mount dist. tends to get satrarated in oil. The injector pluser is located in the dist. and shorts out and goes bad. has that happened to any one else?
Our is there anything that could also cause it to not start?

Is this an MKII MR2? The Dizzy seal can leak oil. Take the cap off and check to see if there's oil in there if you think it's leaking oil. You're checked the starter, right?
