Nice!! my favorite Gallardo yet...easily the best one ever to me..I've been thinking of this as well, good luck with your build i'll be watching it for sure.

the two "frames" around the nose openings extend much further than you've made it.

More progress!
I did up the front again and shorten the front lights, this i didnt realised till i looked at the lp540 pictures closely , then i could see the difference. So it means scratchbuild front and rear lights.
I found tail pipes to fit on the car. size is perfect.

before you get too far.
you're probably better off making the new nose intakes from sheet plastic; easier to make them thin and more importantly, match on both sides.
Also, check the new pointed panel line on the nose. Also, the press shots aren't very good, but in some of them, it looks as if the rear of the car doesn't curve as much. You might want to hunt down some plan view to confirm is this is the case or not.
