Slight surge when wet out

I get a slight surge when it is wet out. It sort of feels like during acceleration my power just stops for a breif second and then it kicks back in. I really dont notice it on the tach or speedo but i can slightly feel it. Any ideas? Only when its wet out it does this. Im thinking something electrical?

Ok, its been wet all weekend and i havent had the problem since i first posted and it seems fine. I dont know maybe it was the AC pump kicking on with the defrosters on.

if you have the 4.3 with the dist. its water under the cap. chevy had a problem with caps braking when installed and the weep hole being pluged up.
