If it's the one bolts the the back of the crossmember (which is sounds like it is) the replacement I picked up from Scottsdale Infiniti is part# 11320-64J00. The description is "Insulator".

thanks Justin.. I appreciate it. that's definitely the one. i mean i can feel the engine moving around in the compartment. i've been babying it since i first started feeling it.. i definitely knew it was the motor mount.
any tips to installing those? i had to put the crossmember in before and it was a bitch. took me forever to line up the bolt with the holes for the insulator mount. :bloated:

Well, for me it's even more of a pain, because I am running a set of energy suspension inserts. They make lining up the rear mount like 100 times more difficult. :( But, I usually find it easiest to get teh rear mount up and in first, using the crossmeber as a level to get the rear mount into place. Once you get the bolt holes lined up, bolt in the front. if you have a jack, i'd use it to keep the motor in place too, just be very careful where you hold the motor up from, don't want a dented oil pan or anything crappy like that. I think I usually use the tranny. There's a decent place you can sorta hold the motor up with on it. But i'd have to look again to be able to describe it better. Hope this helps.
