:banghead: Hi guys im back. Im the one who had the clutch problem.
well its spring now and i decided to go ahead and put my headers on. Im going to be doing this task with the aid of my friend who has more knowlege of these things than i do. but i was wondering if there are any ways to make our task easier. we have got 5 of the nuts off on the passanger side and the last one is a bitch to get. its the one up front underneath. if there is a picture guide step by step on how to do this all that would be great help.
and also any advice?? what are the risks involved in this install?? any problems stuff like that?? its a 1990 n/a 5 spd, im putting obx stainless steel 3 in to one headers. tuning pros is where i bought them. please help!!

and on a side note is there any step by step for changing the timing belt as well?? is has 132k on it and never been changed.

thank you so much,
sean

I don't believe there is a write up for it however you're dealing with a relatively small number of pieces to remove so the factory manual should be able to provide the guidance you need.

Timing belt does have a write up or can be sourced from the above:

To replace the headers on a NA Z32, I have talked to a few old techs who I used to work with at a Nissan dealership and they all say, pull the engine its easier. Cause on the driverside you have to work around the stearing column.
