J30 engine in 300zx please help last chance for my Z

I tried to see if i was able to find a thread on this but i couldn't. I have a 1991 2+2 300zx and after trying to fixing the engine several times and braking again decided to get another one but i cant find one in NYC. I found an engine from a J30 1993 and i wanted to know fisrt if the engine will just drop in with no modification or if i need to change something. My main concern is if the AT tranny will fit as well as if the ECU will work with no problems as well as if the electrical plugs will need to be replace. I dont mind that the J30 only has 210 HP isntead of 227 i just want to give my Z the last chance to be fixed before i sell it. I already posted it for sale but will not sell it if i can use the j30 engine that i found.

J30 and the Z32 share the exact same engine.. just different ECUs and exhaust piping. Both are the VG30DE. So it should bolt right up.

And why arent you looking outside of NY for a engine?

I'm trying to find an engine online but i haven't had no luck. I don't want to get a JDM engine since most dealers offer no warranty. Thats the main reason why i wanted to find somthing close to me.
