I'm looking at a 92 Cutlass Supreme 2 door. 95,000+ miles Body's pretty good, tires are not.
The dash lights don't usually work(they'll come on for a bit every now and then), which is kind of a big deal since the gauges and speedometer are digital :) The only other issue he's mentioned is that the electric locks don't work.
I'm fairly astute, but can anyone offer any insight on this? Possible connection issue? Is it common, and is there a remedy? I'd use the car as a commuter vehicle, so I *could* use a GPS for speed readings, but I just want to make sure this electrical mogwai doesn't become an evil gremlin!!
Thanks, and I'll gladly take any insight you might have.

More than likely the digital dash itself is bad, very common problem on these cars, may companies sell exhange units, google same for info.

Thank you maxwedge. I do see one on ebay for about $100.00 If it's common then I can be hopeful that it doesn't have a huge issue going on.
