Your van is OBDII compliant- you need to go to Autozone etc, for free trouble code scan.....if it runs on starting fluid- you need a fuel pressure test- which means pulling the dog house...

thanks dog house is already out...and i guess the regulater is part of the injector..so i have to replace that as a unit....is there a chance there is a fuse im overlooking for the injector??

Pump is shot. You need at least 60 or is it 61 psi to start.
Oldmaster can tell you the exact figure. Where are you OM?

Something I learned about the fuel pumps. Always have at least a half tank of fuel, something to do with how they are cooled. May sound crazy but I read that here or somewhere but I've replaced 2 of them., But since keeping the tank half full at all times I have no whining sound from the pump and no issues.
Hope this is of help to everyone.
Can anyone verify?

The pumps used in the late '90s and beyond usually have a well as part of the in-tank unit. This maintains a reserve of cooling fuel around the pump regardless of what is in the tank.
