Drivers side power window?

Hi today my window on the drivers door quit working all other windows work from drivers control panel but not that window. When I hold the window switch down the switch makes a clicking noise but window doesn't do anything. Anyone have any Ideas as to what it might be? Thanks

The window motor has a built in circuit breaker that opens the circuit when the load gets too high. In time the motor parts wear out and this creates too much electrical load and the breaker trips.
Replacing the motor is the best fix.
I took the motor apart on my '92 and found lube grease had run onto the motor electrical parts and was almost shorting it out.
The built in breaker (bi-metal) was worn out from being "tripped" so many times too.
