intrepid 96 speaker changing problem

ok i got a problem with removing my front door pannel
i cant get them off removing all screw and just pulling the pannel doesnt work like i was doing on my old accent :cwm27:

then i just putted a new radio eclipse 2000 to replace the old big radio
and now my dash light doesnt work anymore? i used the radio cable as my ground cause i wasnt able to find anyother
