1984 bronco II

i have a 1984 bronco II i have replaced most everything, and am not geeting spark, or i should say i have spark only when i release the key after cranking. but during cranking i have no spark. can anyone help me

Use a 12volt test light check that you have 12 volt to the coil positive. Then put it on the coil negative while somebody is trying to start the vehicle. If the light doesn't blink replace the pickup in the distributor. You will need a puller to change this item. If it blinks pull the module and take it to Advance or Autozone and have it tested.
I would recommend an origional equipment part or at least a good brand like standard. I was changing one for a friend and got 3 bad ones in a row. Don't buy cheap one.
