95 riviera keyless remote instructions

Can anyone give me the instructions on how to program the keyless entry remotes for a 95 riviera.

Click Here (http://ebiz.netopia.com/pyr/gm209/) this is for a 96, but should work the same on the 95 with 16 pin ALDL. Be careful when looking at the connector, it may appear upside-down when looking under the dash. Follow the pic below.
