Hi Guys,
I need to remove my front bucket seats to get the leather repaired... the front fasteners look like a Torx male nut...but nothing seems to fit it and the rear fasteners look like Torx male bolt heads. So far nothing I've tried seems to fit properly. Are these Metric or something?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Best Regards,

Barry

I believe there is a special socket and I have seen one in a Cornwell tool catalog,a GM seat rail socket.I am sure any Mac,Snap On or Matco dealer will sell it too.

i just use a metric socket dont remember if i used a 5 point or what but i think it was a 14 or 15 and it fit snug and worked fine. i have done this a dozen times and works great.

Thanks Guys...I managed to get them out with a 6 pt metric on the front and a Torx E16 on the rear bolts...what was so wrong with good old hex bolts anyways....sheeshhhhhhhh
